• • Day to day, the Solutions Engineer will collaborate with account teams to assess customer network environments, design and propose customized infrastructure solutions, conduct product training for sales teams and customers, build and maintain technical relationships with OEMs and strategic partners, identify technology opportunities across Data Center, Cloud, Network, Security, Collaboration, and Services, and act as a trusted IT advisor to CIOs, IT Directors, and CTOs while managing the solution practice pipeline for top prospects.
