- • As a Pricing Advisor at ABODO Inc., you will be instrumental in empowering our multifamily clients to achieve peak portfolio performance by leveraging our cutting-edge revenue management software. This pivotal role involves a deep partnership with property management teams, where you will meticulously monitor performance metrics, deliver strategic pricing recommendations, and ensure that each property maximizes its revenue potential and occupancy rates.
- • You will operate at the intersection of data analysis and client strategy, working closely with the Pricing & Revenue Strategy Manager, as well as collaborating with Customer Success, Implementation, and Product teams. Your insights will be crucial in analyzing market dynamics, guiding client pricing decisions, and generating actionable intelligence that directly influences Net Operating Income (NOI) and overall portfolio health.
- • This position demands a robust analytical acumen, an unwavering commitment to detail, and a genuine passion for client success. You will serve as a trusted, day-to-day advisor, utilizing data-driven insights to maintain and elevate property performance to its highest possible level.
- • A core responsibility will be the proactive monitoring of portfolio performance. This includes diligently tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as rent growth, occupancy levels, and pricing trends across client portfolios. By identifying emerging risks and untapped opportunities, you will provide clients with the foresight needed to navigate market fluctuations effectively.
- • You will actively advise clients on their pricing and renewal strategies. This involves partnering directly with property managers and regional leadership to develop and recommend strategies that are not only aligned with current market conditions but also with their specific business objectives and portfolio goals.
- • A significant aspect of your role will be leveraging the full capabilities of our platform's analytics. You will translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations designed to optimize revenue generation and leasing outcomes for our clients.
- • Proactive account oversight is essential. You will conduct regular performance reviews with clients, clearly communicate your findings, and collaborate with the manager on any necessary escalations or in-depth analyses required to address client challenges.
- • Cross-functional collaboration will be key to success. You will work hand-in-hand with the Pricing & Revenue Strategy Manager, Customer Success Managers, and Product teams to ensure a unified approach to client strategy, effective utilization of platform features, and overall client satisfaction.
- • You will play a vital role in driving platform adoption. This involves encouraging clients to fully embrace and utilize our revenue management capabilities, ensuring their setup is accurate, their usage is consistent, and they are adhering to best practices for optimal results.
- • Furthermore, you will contribute to client enablement and internal documentation efforts. This includes supporting the development of training materials and internal knowledge bases to enhance the understanding and application of our revenue management solutions across the organization and for our clients.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in revenue management or pricing strategy within the multifamily industry.
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and make actionable recommendations.
- • Proven ability to communicate clearly and confidently with customers at all levels, from onsite teams to senior leaders.
- • Familiarity with multifamily pricing or revenue management systems (e.g., RealPage, Yardi, Entrata, ResMan, etc.) is preferred.
