- • Lead pricing strategy and commercial modeling for complex, global IT services deals, ensuring alignment with client outcomes and profitability goals
- • Develop competitive pricing strategies based on client value, market benchmarks, and cost structures
- • Build detailed financial models to project cost, revenue, and profitability across diverse IT service offerings
- • Design and implement pricing models including fixed-price, time and materials (T&M), subscription, and outcome-based structures
- • Translate technical solutions into quantified business value for clients and internal stakeholders
- • Leverage AI, automation tools, and analytics to enhance pricing insights, accelerate decision-making, and improve model accuracy
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Solutioning, Delivery, and Finance teams to align pricing with operational realities and commercial objectives
- • Ensure compliance with internal governance standards and regulatory requirements for pricing and bid submissions
- • Drive continuous process improvement in pricing workflows, reducing cycle times and increasing consistency across bids
- • Support large-scale bid cycles in fast-paced environments with high stakes and tight deadlines
- • Maintain rigorous attention to detail and ownership of pricing deliverables from initial modeling through final negotiation
- • Apply AI fluency in business contexts using tools such as GenAI, Copilot, and advanced analytics platforms to automate routine tasks and uncover new pricing opportunities
- • Contribute to the transformation of pricing functions into AI-first, data-driven operations
- • Communicate complex financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders across global teams
- • Participate in strategic discussions to shape the future of pricing models and commercial frameworks within the organization
🎯 Requirements
- • 6-8 years of experience in pricing, commercial finance, bid finance, or deal desk functions
- • Proven experience in the IT services or technology sector supporting large-scale bids and deal negotiations
- • Advanced financial modeling proficiency using Excel
- • AI fluency in a business context, including experience with GenAI, Copilot, or similar automation and analytics tools
- • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
- • Strong commercial and strategic thinking with a focus on profitability and client value
