- • Serve as the Principal Architect for AI & GCP Agentic Stack, leading the design of enterprise-grade AI systems leveraging Gemini Enterprise and Vertex AI to solve complex client business challenges.
- • Partner with sales teams to conduct technical discovery, perform value-engineering, and craft tailored AI architectures for high-stakes client pursuits, translating business requirements into scalable technical blueprints.
- • Design end-to-end architectures for advanced AI systems including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and multi-agent systems, ensuring alignment with architectural intent during implementation and delivery.
- • Act as the primary technical liaison between Concentrix, clients, and Google’s technical field teams, coordinating joint innovation initiatives and ensuring alignment with the latest Gemini and Vertex AI product roadmaps.
- • Lead the configuration and optimization of the Gemini Enterprise platform, applying advanced prompt engineering, iterative behavioral tuning, and robust human-in-the-loop oversight to achieve precise LLM behaviors.
- • Develop and refine prompt strategies within the Gemini ecosystem to balance autonomy with specific safety constraints and business objectives through systematic system instruction tuning.
- • Define and enforce MLOps standards and data orchestration frameworks to securely integrate AI models with corporate data estates while adhering to Google Cloud best practices and governance requirements.
- • Conduct deep-dive architectural reviews of active AI projects to validate compliance with Google Cloud standards, performance benchmarks, and security protocols.
- • Provide technical governance and oversight throughout the AI solution lifecycle, from design through deployment, ensuring consistency, scalability, and operational reliability.
- • Advise CXO-level stakeholders on AI-driven business transformation opportunities, influencing strategic decisions with data-backed technical recommendations and architectural foresight.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, ML engineers, and product managers to align AI architecture with broader enterprise technology strategies.
- • Maintain expertise in emerging AI capabilities on Google Cloud Platform, proactively incorporating new features and updates into client solutions and internal best practices.
- • Support the development of reusable AI components, templates, and accelerators to enhance delivery efficiency and consistency across client engagements.
- • Ensure all AI systems are designed with ethical considerations, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance as core architectural principles.
🎯 Requirements
- • 12+ years in technical architecture with a focus on AI, Data, Integration, and consultative leadership
- • Expert-level knowledge of Gemini Enterprise (formerly Agent space), Vertex AI, and BigQuery ML
- • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, influencing CXO stakeholders and leading technical solutioning for AI-driven business transformations
- • Proven experience in Prompt Design & Engineering (ideally with Gemini) and tuning LLM-based systems for specific behaviors and safety constraints
- • Deep understanding of Python-based AI orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, ADK)
