- • As a Principal AWS Engineer at AssureSoft LLC, you will serve as the primary technical authority for production systems, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability across client environments through expert troubleshooting, incident resolution, and proactive system optimization. Your deep expertise in AWS and multi-technology stacks will directly impact client success by minimizing downtime and enabling scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud operations.
- • Day to day, you will lead production support triage and incident resolution, conduct root cause analysis for complex system failures, and implement lasting fixes across .NET, Ruby on Rails, and cloud-native applications; you will design and enhance monitoring, alerting, and incident response frameworks using AWS-native tools; you will collaborate closely with client engineering teams and internal stakeholders to optimize workflows, modernize legacy systems, and improve scalability and cost efficiency; you will participate in scheduled maintenance windows and on-call rotations, ensuring seamless operational continuity; you will maintain comprehensive system documentation and drive knowledge transfer sessions to upskill both client and internal teams; and you will continuously evaluate emerging AWS services and automation techniques to stay ahead of technological curves.

🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Science, DBA, or ML roles with proven production support responsibilities
- • 2+ years of direct experience supporting and troubleshooting production environments across application, infrastructure, and networking layers
- • Strong scripting and automation skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell, with hands-on experience using AWS data engineering tools such as ETL, Lambda, and ML-related services
- • Excellent communication and consulting skills for effective collaboration with client teams in multi-stakeholder, cross-cultural environments
