- • As a Principal Business Consultant in Veeva’s Events Business Consulting practice, you will help life sciences companies bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with technology, data, and AI through strategic event optimization.
- • You will focus on reshaping operating models, driving organizational change, and measuring tangible business value for highly regulated, strategic events such as Speaker Programs, Advisory Boards, and Congresses.
- • You will identify and optimize bottlenecks across the entire event lifecycle to establish scalable, compliant operating models that shift focus from operational checklists to strategic execution.
- • You will integrate events into the end-to-end commercial journey to drive meaningful healthcare professional (HCP) relationships and support Veeva’s mission to make the life sciences industry more efficient and effective.
- • You will work within a fast-growing global Business Consulting team of over 400 people, launched in 2019, that combines software, data, AI, and consulting to deliver unique value.
- • You will contribute to Veeva’s vision for 2030 by helping customers leverage events as strategic touchpoints in their commercialization efforts, using data and AI to improve outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in life sciences consulting, particularly in events strategy, commercial operations, or HCP engagement.
- • Strong ability to assess and redesign operating models for regulated events like Speaker Programs, Advisory Boards, and Congresses.
- • Demonstrated success in driving organizational change and measuring business value from consulting initiatives.
- • Experience working with technology, data, and AI solutions in a consulting or implementation context.
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- • Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, innovative environment and contribute to scaling a global consulting practice.
