This pivotal role demands a strategic leader capable of orchestrating successful project outcomes, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving significant value through the effective execution of contracted services.
  • • You will be responsible for establishing and leading a robust Service Delivery organization, fostering strong partnerships to proactively address and resolve technical and operational challenges. Your leadership will be crucial in navigating the intricacies of client engagements, ensuring that all aspects of service delivery align with contractual obligations and client expectations.
  • • A core component of this role involves ensuring the successful planning, implementation, and execution of contracted services. This encompasses a multifaceted approach, focusing on meeting stringent requirements for cost-effectiveness, robust governance, optimal performance, high quality, continuous innovation, and demonstrable value creation for our clients.
  • • You will actively participate in contract and account governance, providing strategic direction and oversight to ensure alignment with business objectives and client needs. Furthermore, you will play a key role in the development or co-development of annual reviews of service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring they remain relevant, effective, and aligned with evolving client requirements and industry best practices.

  • • You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive operational and risk management strategies across your assigned accounts. This includes ensuring that these strategies are effectively communicated, adapted, and diligently applied by the service delivery teams, thereby mitigating potential risks and ensuring consistent service excellence.
  • • This role requires a forward-thinking individual who can anticipate future needs and challenges, driving continuous improvement and innovation within client engagements. You will champion best practices and foster a culture of excellence within your teams and client interactions.
