- • The Principal Consultant is a senior-level technical leader responsible for delivering complex, multi-discipline projects and serving as a trusted subject matter expert within their discipline, ensuring profitable delivery, scope alignment, and early risk identification.
- • Day to day, the role involves leading discipline-specific design efforts, documenting client-specific processes and deviations from TEECOM standards, contributing to discipline documentation, authoring Pull Requests, improving tools and workflows, mentoring engineers through technical guidance and design reviews, and collaborating with Group and Team Leads to ensure consistent application of standards.

🎯 Requirements
- • Senior-level technical expertise in a relevant discipline (e.g., AV, telecommunications, security, lighting, or related engineering fields)
- • Experience leading complex, multi-discipline projects as a Project Lead with accountability for profitability, scope, and schedule
- • Proven ability to document processes, contribute to standards, and improve tools and workflows
- • Strong client-facing skills including technical advisory, clear communication, and relationship cultivation
- • Experience mentoring engineers through design reviews and technical feedback
- • Ability to author Pull Requests and contribute to discipline documentation
