- • As a Principal CRM Architect at Omnidian, you will serve as the visionary leader responsible for the technical excellence and strategic direction of the company’s entire CRM platform, moving beyond system ownership to influence enterprise-wide technology decisions.
- • You will lead proofs of concept for emerging technologies, define organizational processes to ensure system reliability, agility, and scalability, and moderate high-level technical discussions with cross-functional stakeholders.
- • You will report to engineering leadership and collaborate across teams to ensure the CRM ecosystem serves as a robust, scalable foundation for Omnidian’s mission of delivering performance assurance for distributed solar and energy storage systems.
- • In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the long-term technical architecture of a mission-driven B Corp, drive innovation in CRM systems for sustainability-focused industries, and establish best practices that impact global scalability and customer experience.
