- • Principal Customer Solutions Engineer role focused on mainframe modernization and digital transformation solutions for enterprise customers.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include providing technical support and leadership on complex projects, designing and deploying Rocket products, creating proof-of-concept analyses, conducting technical presentations, and leading teams in solution implementation.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5-7 years of relevant technical experience in enterprise IT environments
- • Proficiency in two or more of: IBM Enterprise COBOL/PLI, IBM CICS/IMS/JCL, relational databases (DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL), Windows, Linux/UNIX, or major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- • Experience with mainframe application modernization, including code conversion, re-platforming, and data migration tools
- • Familiarity with DevOps and Agile practices such as CI/CD, test automation, and automation pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub, Azure DevOps, or AWS CodePipeline
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- • Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills with ability to work under pressure and lead teams
