• • As a Principal Design Operations Manager at Engine Group Holdings, Inc., you will play a vital role in optimizing the product development lifecycle, ensuring design and product teams operate efficiently and deliver customer-centric solutions in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment focused on transforming business travel through technology.
• • Day to day, you will create and improve scalable agile processes, serve as a cross-functional connector between design, product, engineering, data, and leadership, resolve operational roadblocks, communicate product updates and timelines, centralize customer behavior and sentiment data to inform strategy, and administer design tools like Jira, Figma, and Asana to enable seamless workflows.
