📋 Description

• As a Principal Designer at UiPath, you will shape the design direction of AI-forward workflow and automation tools, ensuring user experiences are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with business goals while leading design initiatives and mentoring a global team.
• You will define and drive design strategy, elevate visual design quality, manage multiple design projects, and collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet timelines and requirements.
