- • The Principal Software Engineer will lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions for pharmacy reverse logistics and warehouse management, focusing on scalable, efficient, and secure systems for pharmaceutical returns, recycling, disposal, and warehouse optimization.
- • Day to day, the engineer will serve as a technical leader and architect using Microsoft technologies (.NET, Azure, SQL Server), mentor engineering teams, design systems compliant with DSCSA, FDA, and HIPAA, develop warehouse management systems, create APIs for third-party integrations, implement CI/CD pipelines with Docker and Kubernetes, ensure regulatory compliance and security, monitor system performance, and incorporate AI/ML insights for operational excellence.
- • The team at Inmar Intelligence builds innovative software solutions for healthcare supply chain challenges, emphasizing compliance, security, and operational efficiency in reverse logistics and warehouse management.
- • In this role, the person can deepen expertise in healthcare-specific software architecture, lead large-scale system design, gain influence in regulatory-compliant engineering, and drive innovation through AI/ML integration and cloud-native technologies.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred
- • 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in reverse logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain solutions
- • Extensive experience with Microsoft technologies: .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, Azure cloud services, and SQL Server
- • Expertise in containerization and orchestration tools including Docker and Kubernetes
- • Strong knowledge of warehouse management workflows, reverse logistics processes, and pharmaceutical supply chain challenges
- • Proven experience integrating systems with third-party logistics providers, warehouse automation, and pharmacy management platforms
