📋 Description
- • Lead end-to-end brand strategy engagements for tech startup clients, developing positioning, narrative, audience frameworks, messaging systems, and brand voice guidelines that define how companies communicate in the public sphere.
- • Conduct discovery and research including founder interviews, competitive landscape analysis, brand audits, and stakeholder workshops to uncover insights that inform strategic direction.
- • Translate brand strategy into marketing strategy across launch campaigns, content programs, channel mix, and go-to-market storytelling, ensuring alignment between brand identity and performance objectives.
- • Write high-impact copy for websites, pitch decks, brand books, launch materials, landing pages, manifestos, product narratives, taglines, and short-form social media content.
- • Collaborate closely with brand designers and creative leads to ensure strategy is cleanly translated into visual identity, design systems, and brand expression.
- • Partner with producers, motion designers, and editors to maintain consistent brand language and voice across all deliverables, from video to digital interfaces.
- • Scope and structure strategy components within larger branding and production engagements, balancing strategic depth with timeline and budget feasibility.
- • Support new business development by contributing to pitches — shaping strategy narratives from initial client inquiry through proposal and closing.
- • Push creative boundaries by refining positioning statements and messaging until they achieve clarity, differentiation, and emotional resonance.
- • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment, adapting to shifting timelines, evolving scopes, and last-minute client needs.
- • Maintain high standards of detail in all written deliverables, frameworks, and client presentations, ensuring accuracy and polish across every output.
- • Lead client workshops with founders and leadership teams, facilitating difficult conversations, challenging assumptions, and holding space for strategic decision-making.
- • Work independently with minimal supervision, managing your own research, timelines, and client communications while keeping stakeholders aligned and informed.
- • Demonstrate calm, organized, and reliable execution under pressure, navigating ambiguity and keeping multiple projects and teams on track without constant oversight.
- • Contribute to building and defining the strategy practice at Nen Creative, helping shape internal processes, methodologies, and team growth.
- • Engage directly with top-tier tech startups and investors including Amazon, Pear VC, Andreessen Horowitz, Mercor, and Mantis VC, shaping the narrative identity of the next generation of tech brands.
