Full Stack Engineer (React, Node, AWS) - Remote

📋 Description

• • ICF is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to support the design, development, and enhancement of secure, cloud-native applications for large federal health programs. This role is critical to delivering scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions that improve lives through technology in health, human services, and public policy.
• • Day to day, the engineer will design and develop full-stack web applications using React and Node.js, build serverless backends with AWS Lambda and API Gateway, manage infrastructure via IaC (CloudFormation/CDK), implement data storage with DynamoDB and PostgreSQL, support frontend deployment with AWS Amplify, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• • The role sits within a cross-functional Agile team at ICF, a mission-driven global advisory and technology services provider that combines deep domain expertise with cutting-edge technology to solve complex challenges for federal clients.
