  • • Drive net-new revenue by managing the full sales cycle for WRITER’s enterprise AI agent platform across global enterprises with fewer than 8,000 employees
  • • Prospect, qualify, and develop new enterprise opportunities within target verticals and assigned account lists
  • • Partner cross-functionally with product and customer success teams to refine value propositions and co-create tailored AI solutions for enterprise clients
  • • Lead executive-level discussions and negotiations, ensuring alignment between WRITER’s platform and the client’s core business objectives
  • • Own and manage a book of business with full accountability for outcomes and a focus on long-term customer impact
  • • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless deployment, adoption, and ongoing value realization for enterprise customers
  • • Consistently input accurate pipeline data into CRM systems to support forecasting and provide transparent sales progress reporting to leadership
  • • Become a trusted product expert by educating clients on how to configure and leverage WRITER’s platform to unlock productivity gains, including hands-on support when necessary
  • • Conduct outbound prospecting using consultative selling techniques to identify and engage high-potential enterprise accounts
  • • Present complex AI capabilities to C-suite and technical stakeholders with clarity, confidence, and strategic alignment
  • • Operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining alignment with regional and company-wide sales strategies
  • • Maintain deep understanding of enterprise SaaS sales motions, including complex, value-based selling cycles
  • • Represent WRITER as a thought leader in enterprise generative AI, positioning the platform as essential for AI transformation at scale
  • • Work remotely across the U.S. with optional hybrid opportunities at office hubs in San Francisco, New York City, Seattle, Austin, Chicago, or London
  • • Report directly to a Regional Vice President and contribute to regional sales growth targets

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of quota-carrying enterprise SaaS sales experience
  • • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas
  • • Demonstrated expertise in outbound prospecting, consultative selling, and executive stakeholder management
  • • Strong communication skills with ability to connect across functions and actively listen to diverse perspectives
  • • Comfort with ambiguity and ownership of outcomes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • • Strong executive-level presentation and negotiation skills
