📋 Description
- • Provide best-in-class technical support to customers on both pre-sales and post-sales bases, addressing questions related to manufacturing capabilities including design, fabrication, and assembly.
- • Deliver hands-on lab support in either Flex or customer labs, with time allocation ranging from 10% to 60% depending on customer design cycles and technical needs.
- • Review customer requirements to identify potential design, fabrication, or assembly issues and propose solutions aligned with Flex’s manufacturing capabilities and customer specifications.
- • Contribute to the development of complex product roadmaps by translating field feedback into actionable insights for internal design and engineering teams.
- • Define initial project and product scope, and develop detailed project plans to ensure alignment with customer expectations and delivery timelines.
- • Design, develop, and present technical seminars to customers and internal sales teams to promote Flex’s manufacturing technologies, processes, services, and quality standards.
- • Prepare, maintain, and manage all required technical documentation including reports, schematics, test results, and project summaries.
- • Serve as a technical liaison between customers and internal engineering, manufacturing, and design teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of complex issues.
- • Troubleshoot and resolve system-level analog and mixed-signal circuit issues encountered during customer product development and production phases.
- • Utilize lab equipment to test, characterize, and emulate customer board-level problems to validate solutions and ensure product performance meets specifications.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer technical demands with Flex’s production capabilities and capacity planning.
- • Act as a technical authority for customers, providing credible, accurate, and timely responses to ensure confidence in Flex as a manufacturing partner.
- • Participate in customer site visits and engineering reviews to understand design challenges and offer on-site technical guidance.
- • Support the sales team by demonstrating technical expertise during customer engagements to facilitate successful product adoption and contract closure.
- • Stay current with industry trends in analog circuit design, manufacturing technologies, and test methodologies to maintain technical leadership.
- • Ensure all activities comply with Flex’s quality systems and process documentation standards.
