📋 Description

• Lead and evolve frontend architecture and standards for Angular and React applications, defining the user interface strategy that aligns with MeridianLink’s long-term vision to ensure consistency, scalability, and quality across all products.
• Define, document, and enforce frontend architectural principles company-wide, develop and maintain a shared design system and frontend platform strategy, and ensure best practices, reusable patterns, and cross-framework consistency across Angular and React.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, UX Design, and Backend Engineering to shape intuitive end-to-end user flows, advocate for UI/UX and platform-level improvements, and mentor engineers and frontend leads across teams.
• Drive adoption of shared UI libraries and components, integrate AI-assisted UX patterns, establish guardrails for responsible AI usage in frontend experiences, and promote AI-assisted frontend development practices to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Frontend Architect or in a similar leadership role
• Deep hands-on expertise in modern frontend frameworks, especially Angular and React
• Strong UI/UX sensibility and proven ability to translate user needs and designs into scalable technical solutions
• Experience developing and scaling shared design systems and UI platforms in complex environments
• Thorough understanding of frontend performance optimization, accessibility standards, and testing strategies
• Skilled at leading through influence, setting architectural direction, and mentoring senior engineers
