- • Pebl Technologies Inc. is seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Principal Marketing Manager, EMEA, to spearhead the company's regional marketing initiatives. This pivotal role is designed to amplify Pebl's presence and accelerate pipeline growth across the diverse and dynamic EMEA markets. You will be instrumental in translating global growth objectives into tangible regional pipeline and revenue achievements, serving as the primary marketing leader for the EMEA region.
- • As the Principal Marketing Manager, EMEA, you will be responsible for the end-to-end strategy and execution of regional marketing programs. This includes a strong emphasis on both digital demand generation and impactful field marketing activities. You will work collaboratively with US-based growth and demand generation teams, ensuring seamless integration of global strategies while championing local execution, gathering crucial regional insights, and optimizing performance based on market-specific nuances.
- • A key aspect of this role involves owning the strategy and execution of regional field marketing programs. This encompasses a wide array of activities, including planning and managing participation in major trade shows and industry conferences, orchestrating executive roundtables and exclusive private engagements, coordinating partner events, and developing and promoting engaging webinars. Your expertise will be crucial in managing these events from conception to completion, including meticulous planning, budget management, vendor coordination, promotional campaigns, seamless on-site execution, and diligent post-event pipeline follow-up to ensure maximum conversion.
- • You will partner closely with the EMEA Sales teams to identify and prioritize the most impactful opportunities that directly contribute to pipeline creation, acceleration, and expansion. A critical deliverable will be the measurement and reporting of event ROI, with a clear focus on sourced and influenced pipeline. This requires a data-driven approach to demonstrate the tangible business impact of all field marketing initiatives. Furthermore, you will be responsible for managing key relationships with agencies, sponsorship partners, and various vendors, ensuring optimal collaboration and value realization.
- • In parallel, you will drive regional digital and demand activation efforts. This involves partnering with the centralized US-based growth teams to effectively execute paid search, display, referral, and broader digital campaigns tailored for the EMEA audience. A significant part of your responsibility will be to localize messaging, offers, landing pages, and targeting strategies to ensure maximum relevance and performance within each specific EMEA market. You will provide crucial performance insights and actionable testing recommendations to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and optimize conversion rates.
- • Close alignment with the global lifecycle marketing, content marketing, and Sales Development Representative (SDR) teams is essential to ensure coordinated follow-up processes and a unified approach to conversion optimization. You will also play a vital role in supporting campaign planning and defining regional priorities that are directly aligned with overarching pipeline goals, ensuring that all marketing efforts are strategically focused on achieving business objectives.
- • Beyond execution, you will provide strategic and cross-functional leadership. You will serve as the primary marketing partner to EMEA Sales leadership, acting as a trusted advisor and collaborator. Internally, you will be the voice of the EMEA region within global marketing planning discussions, ensuring that regional needs and opportunities are well-represented and integrated into the broader marketing strategy. Your contributions will extend to regional budget planning and forecasting, ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively to drive maximum impact.

🎯 Requirements
- • 6–10 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within SaaS, HR tech, fintech, or enterprise software.
- • Proven experience owning and executing both digital demand generation programs and field/event marketing initiatives.
- • Strong understanding of the diversity and complexity of EMEA markets, including cultural nuances and business practices.
- • Experience working within centralized global marketing structures while successfully driving local accountability and execution.
