- • As a Principal Product Designer at Istari, you will be instrumental in defining and delivering intuitive, high-quality product experiences that elegantly balance intricate technical complexity with seamless usability. - • You will own the end-to-end design process, from initial concept and user research to detailed interaction design, prototyping, and final implementation. 🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Principal Product Designer or similar senior design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex software products and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
- • Expertise in user research methodologies, including qualitative and quantitative data analysis, and the ability to translate findings into actionable design strategies.
- • Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision).
- • Experience designing for complex technical domains, ideally within engineering, aerospace, or similar fields.
- • Strong understanding of system-level thinking and the ability to design scalable and maintainable user experiences.
