• • TaxWell, Inc. is seeking a Principal Product Designer to lead the evolution of its digital tax filing platform, combining deep design expertise with transformative AI fluency to redefine how users experience tax preparation. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of AI-native product design at TaxWell, where the designer will not only craft intuitive, high-impact user experiences but also establish organizational standards for how AI is integrated into design workflows and product development.
• • Day to day, the Principal Product Designer will define user journeys and interfaces for complex tax filing workflows, create interactive prototypes, and leverage AI-powered tools to innovate on features like conversational tax assistants and predictive deduction finders. They will collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to align design with roadmap priorities, mentor junior designers, lead AI upskilling initiatives, and communicate vision through compelling storytelling and high-fidelity presentations to executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
