📋 Description

• As Principal Product Designer at NICE Ltd., you will own the design quality and experience across the product portfolio, setting the design standard for the platform and ensuring consistency across all product areas while driving the completion and governance of the internal design system.
• You will remain deeply involved in the craft of design, setting the bar through your own work while reviewing and elevating the work of others, ensuring every part of the product feels cohesive, intentional, and built as part of one unified system.
• You will act as the design authority across a distributed product organization where Product Managers prototype using Figma Make, defining standards, guiding quality, and enabling teams to move quickly without compromising experience consistency.
• You will work closely with product leadership, engineering, and cross-functional teams to shape the user experience of a complex enterprise AI platform, including areas such as agent configuration, conversation design, voice pipelines, evaluation tooling, and platform observability.
• You will define and drive the design vision and experience standards across NICE-Cognigy’s product portfolio, lead the completion and governance of the internal design system, ensure consistency across multiple product areas, review and elevate design work across product teams, partner closely with Product Managers and engineering leads, shape the experience of complex enterprise workflows, define processes for scaling design quality, establish a design review model, contribute to product strategy discussions, and continuously improve the overall product experience.
• You are an experienced product designer who has led design across complex SaaS products or multi-product platforms, understands how to create coherence across large product surfaces, balances design quality with fast-moving product teams, leads through craft, clarity, and judgment, is comfortable stepping into ambiguity, confident discussing design decisions with engineers, product managers, and executives, and combines strong design instincts with a pragmatic approach to shipping high-quality enterprise products.
• You will join at a pivotal moment as Cognigy’s product platform evolves and integrates more deeply with NICE’s CXone ecosystem, having direct influence on the future experience of a leading enterprise AI platform and working closely with product leadership on shaping how the platform evolves, designing at the frontier of enterprise AI including agentic systems, voice interfaces, evaluation tooling, and real-time orchestration.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading design across complex SaaS products or multi-product platforms
• Experience owning or significantly contributing to a design system in a product organization, including component definition, adoption, and governance
• Experience working in environments where design is distributed and non-designers contribute to prototypes or early concepts
• Familiarity with conversational AI platforms, agent-based systems, or complex workflow tooling
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in fast-moving product environments and demonstrate how design work improved product quality and business outcomes
