- • As a Principal Product Designer at Fivetran, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how technical users interact with data by designing intuitive, powerful interfaces that make data access as simple and reliable as electricity—directly supporting the company’s mission to empower data-driven decision-making across organizations.
- • You will own the end-to-end design strategy and execution for key product areas, leading complex UX challenges, advocating for user-centered design, mentoring junior designers, conducting user research, and driving impactful results in a fast-paced, hybrid environment while aligning design with business goals and technical feasibility.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in designing for technical users, gain influence over product strategy, refine your leadership and systems-thinking abilities, and leave a measurable impact on how data workflows are experienced by engineers, analysts, and business users worldwide.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in end-to-end Product Design with significant experience designing for data-heavy, complex, technical or developer-oriented SaaS/B2B products.
- • Proven track record of leading major design initiatives and mentoring other designers.
- • Exceptional product design skills including user research, UX/interaction design, information architecture, and high-fidelity prototyping.
- • Strong systems-thinking capability with the ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity and simplify highly technical workflows.
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to articulate design decisions clearly to diverse audiences including engineers, product managers, and executives.
- • Experience working in data integration, analytics, developer tools, or related technical fields is strongly preferred.
