📋 Description

• As a Principal Product Designer in Healthcare and Life Sciences at UiPath, you will own the end-to-end experience for AI-powered vertical solutions in regulated industries, where your work directly impacts how healthcare claims are reviewed and patient care progresses through intuitive, agentic AI systems.
• You will partner with product managers to design complex user experiences—such as AI-assisted case review workflows—by building prototypes in code, collaborating closely with engineering from concept to delivery, and ensuring designs meet a consumer-grade usability bar despite high-stakes, regulated contexts.
• You will join UiPath’s Vertical Solutions team, a mission-driven group focused on bringing agentic AI to industries like healthcare, life sciences, and finance, where clarity, trust, and precision are paramount, and designers are expected to build, not just mock up.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in designing for AI-driven systems with human oversight, refine your ability to work in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, and grow as a builder-designer who ships working prototypes using modern frontend tools like Claude Code, Figma, and GitHub.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product design experience owning meaningful product areas
• Strong instinct for identifying experience gaps and pushing quality proactively in unfamiliar domains
• Ability to build working prototypes using modern frontend stacks, with Claude Code as a primary tool
• Familiarity with Figma, GitHub, and Claude.ai as part of the design toolkit
• Comfort working with ambiguity and driving clarity in complex, regulated problem spaces
