- • You will champion human-centered design while leveraging AI tools to accelerate workflows, enhance creativity, and maintain high standards through active contribution to design systems and consistent quality across all touchpoints.
- • You will advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices, partnering with QA and engineering teams to uphold excellence and ensure that every release reflects both aesthetic integrity and functional reliability.

- • Strong analytical skills with proven experience in data-driven decision making, including defining metrics, interpreting user data, and using insights to guide product strategy
- • Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication abilities, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences including executives, engineers, and cross-functional partners
- • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to bring clarity to complex, undefined problems through structured thinking, facilitation, and iterative exploration
