- • As a Principal Product Manager at Zscaler, you will own and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), focusing on secure remote access, identity, and security use cases while improving the ZPA administration experience through actionable insights and simplified management.
- • Day to day, you will define and execute the product vision and roadmap aligned to business goals and customer needs, write detailed product requirements, manage the full product lifecycle, partner with Engineering, UX/Design, and Systems Engineering to solve complex customer problems, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success for successful launches, serve as an internal subject matter expert through training and guidance, engage directly with customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities, and conduct competitor and market analysis in the Zero Trust space.

🎯 Requirements
- • 7–10 years of product management experience, with significant focus on secure access and/or cybersecurity
- • Strong technical foundation in policy and network security technologies such as VPN, ZTNA/Zero Trust, authentication/identity, public cloud, and networking concepts
- • Proven experience writing high-quality product requirements and driving end-to-end product delivery
- • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results through influence
