- • Own the product roadmap for UiPath’s Agentic Business Orchestration & Automation suite, focusing on agent runtime, planner/router, human-in-the-loop, governance, or process composition.
- • Translate cutting-edge advances in AI reasoning, tool use, and long-horizon planning into practical, governable enterprise features that enable reliable, auditable, business-grade workflows.
- • Build and expand the ecosystem around agents, processes, and connectors to enable customers and partners to share, reuse, and scale agentic automation patterns.
- • Operate as an AI-multiplied product manager by leveraging AI tools daily for customer signal synthesis, spec drafting, flow prototyping, and evaluation runs to compress insight-to-feature cycles.
- • Collaborate directly with GTM teams to own competitive positioning, partner with Product Marketing on messaging, and work with forward-deployed engineers and customer success teams on adoption and expansion.
- • Define and own key product metrics including task success rate, intervention rate, cost-per-completion, and time-to-value, using them to drive prioritization and product decisions.
- • Conduct hands-on user research, run discovery calls with enterprise customers, and form product opinions from first-hand observation rather than secondhand reports.
- • Work closely with engineering and applied AI/research teams to ship technical products that integrate AI agents, deterministic robots, APIs, and human operators into unified workflows.
- • Present product strategy and roadmaps to executives, enterprise buyers, engineers, and researchers with clarity and influence.
- • Debug agent traces and technical workflows alongside engineers to ensure product feasibility and operational reliability.
- • Stay deeply engaged with the evolving landscape of agent frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, MCP) and frontier AI model capabilities to maintain UiPath’s leadership position.
- • Synthesize raw analytics and evaluation results using SQL and notebooks to inform strategic product decisions and prioritize feature development.
- • Foster a hacker spirit by solving complex, undefined problems where the right solution did not exist 12 months ago.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ combined years in product management and engineering, including at least 1 year as a professional engineer or solutions architect.
- • Deep technical background shipping technical products cross-functionally with engineering and applied AI/research teams.
- • Track record of launching ambitious products with distribution or commercial success in enterprise SaaS, automation, workflow, iPaaS, or developer platforms.
- • Hands-on experience with frontier AI models, agent frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, MCP), and the evolving tool-use/orchestration landscape.
- • AI literacy in practice: daily use of AI-assisted tools for research synthesis, spec drafting, and prototyping.
- • Strong data synthesis skills: comfortable working in SQL and notebooks to translate analytics and eval results into strategic decisions.
