- • As a Principal Product Manager for AI Travel at Hopper Inc., you will own the intelligence and reconciliation backbone of HTS across Flights, Hotels, Cars, and Ancillaries, building the foundational systems that define pricing intelligence, supplier performance reporting, and financial truth across millions of travel transactions—directly shaping partner economics, supplier transparency, and the global commerce platform.
- • Your day-to-day will involve owning the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for pricing intelligence, supplier performance intelligence, and financial reconciliation; architecting reference pricing systems using predictive modeling and real-time anomaly detection; building supplier intelligence layers from transactional data; establishing the canonical source of truth for revenue and margin; designing model evaluation and monitoring frameworks; implementing automated reconciliation and anomaly detection; and driving cross-functional execution across Engineering, Data Science, Finance, Commercial, and Supply teams to deliver production-grade, model-integrated infrastructure.
- • You will join a mission-driven, fast-growing B2B travel technology leader (HTS) that powers fintech and travel solutions for global brands like Capital One, Air Canada, and Nubank, where over 75% of Hopper’s business comes from B2B partnerships and the company is backed by over $750M in private capital from top-tier institutional investors.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI-native product leadership, model lifecycle management, marketplace economics, and financial systems at scale—shipping predictive systems that directly impact revenue integrity and partner trust while working alongside elite Data Science and Engineering teams to productionize LLMs, forecasting models, and automated decisioning platforms.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of Product Management experience with ownership of AI-native products and model-driven systems in production, where AI is foundational to product behavior.
- • Hands-on experience writing prompts, designing evaluation harnesses, or prototyping with LLMs/foundation models as part of your PM workflow.
- • Strong fluency with SQL and large-scale transactional datasets, plus experience shipping predictive systems, anomaly detection platforms, or model-driven pricing infrastructure at scale.
