  • • As the Principal Product Marketing Manager, Product Commercialization at Upside Services, Inc., you will serve as the critical bridge between product development and retailer go-to-market strategy, ensuring that product innovations are not only technically sound but also commercially viable and compelling to brick-and-mortar partners. Your work directly influences how retailers perceive and adopt Upside’s offerings, driving measurable revenue growth and strengthening the platform’s ecosystem by translating retailer needs into actionable product strategy.
  • • You will champion the voice of the retailer through rigorous market and competitive research, identifying unmet needs and emerging opportunities that inform product roadmap decisions. By acting as the primary liaison between Product and Retailer Go-to-Market (RGTM) teams, you will ensure alignment on priorities, reduce silos, and accelerate time-to-market for new features and solutions. You will define internal product GTM hierarchies to streamline launches, craft pricing strategies that balance value perception with cost recovery, and lead adoption campaigns targeting prospects, channel partners, and existing retailer networks to maximize uptake and expansion.
  • • You will partner closely with Revenue Enablement to equip sales and account teams with high-impact enablement assets—including pitch decks, playbooks, and battle cards—ensuring they can articulate product value with clarity and confidence. Additionally, you will uncover and document novel product use-cases derived from retailer pain points, turning insights into new solution opportunities that fuel innovation pipelines. Your role demands a blend of strategic thinking, cross-functional influence, and execution excellence in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where data informs every decision.

You’ll gain hands-on experience shaping pricing strategy, designing go-to-market frameworks, and measuring the commercial impact of product launches—skills that are transferable across technology, retail, and growth-oriented industries.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or a related role—preferably in B2B, SaaS, or high-growth tech environments, with marketplace experience considered a plus.
  • • Proven ability to develop and execute product commercialization strategies that drive adoption, revenue growth, and retailer satisfaction, supported by a track record of crafting high-impact sales enablement content such as pitch decks, playbooks, and competitive battle cards.
  • • Exceptional messaging and positioning skills, with demonstrated success in distilling complex technical concepts into clear, compelling value propositions that resonate with B2B audiences and drive internal and external alignment.
