- • The Principal, Site Grant Management role at Syneos Health is critical to ensuring accurate, compliant, and strategically aligned investigator budget development across global clinical trials, directly supporting the company’s mission to accelerate drug development and improve patient outcomes.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and updating investigator grant budget estimates and country budget templates using current software, serving as a subject matter expert for site budgeting issues, collaborating with sponsors and internal teams (legal, finance, clinical operations) to harmonize budget terms, validating budgets against benchmarking data, identifying and mitigating operational risks, training and mentoring junior staff, and maintaining documentation and department tools.
