📋 Description

• Principal Software Developer (iOS) role at Autodesk Forma, focused on redefining how construction teams communicate on-site and in offices to reduce waste, rework, and inefficiencies in the construction industry.
• Write clean, reliable, and secure code primarily in Swift, Objective-C, and Kotlin; develop and maintain unit tests; automate testing where possible.
• Break down large features into manageable tasks; align with stakeholders; influence decisions; lead projects to completion.
• Collaborate across teams and globally; participate in code reviews; promote agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); contribute to cross-platform consistency (web, Android, iOS).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience as a software developer using Swift
• Ability to write clean, readable code in multiple languages (including Objective-C and Kotlin)
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Jira, Confluence, Git)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills; empathy and ability to work remotely across time zones
