- • Serve as a Principal Software Engineer on the Global Technology Services (GTS) team, leading the design, development, and enhancement of corporate systems focused on finance and procurement platforms.
- • Architect and deliver modern, resilient, and scalable applications that support critical enterprise operations across the organization, ensuring high availability and performance.
- • Remain hands-on with coding and technical implementation while providing leadership in system architecture, code quality, and engineering best practices.
- • Influence and shape the long-term technology strategy for corporate systems by evaluating emerging technologies and recommending platform improvements.
- • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders in finance, procurement, and operations to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- • Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, and knowledge sharing to elevate the overall engineering capability of the team.
- • Drive adoption of standardized development methodologies, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and observability practices across corporate systems.
- • Own end-to-end delivery of key initiatives from concept through deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical excellence.
- • Act as a technical subject matter expert for corporate systems, providing guidance on system integrations, data flows, security compliance, and scalability challenges.
- • Participate in on-call rotations and incident response for critical corporate systems, ensuring rapid resolution and continuous improvement of system reliability.
- • Contribute to the evolution of the engineering culture by promoting collaboration, transparency, and accountability within the GTS team and across departments.
- • Work in a fixed hybrid model with mandatory on-site presence at HQ in Maple Plain, MN on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
- • Engage in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where innovation and execution are prioritized to accelerate digital manufacturing capabilities.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Principal Software Engineer or equivalent senior engineering role with deep expertise in corporate systems (finance, procurement, ERP)
- • Strong hands-on development skills in modern programming languages and frameworks used for enterprise applications
- • Demonstrated ability to lead technical architecture decisions and drive large-scale system improvements
- • Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction across teams
- • Proven track record of delivering scalable, reliable, and secure applications in a production environment
- • Experience collaborating with cross-functional business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
