• • Lead architecture discussions, review RFCs, and guide scalable, secure, maintainable, and cost-efficient system design decisions for the LogMeIn Resolve platform.
• • Drive AI adoption across engineering workflows and help build an AI-first engineering culture within the organization.
• • Help create an AI-powered engineering pipeline leveraging AI agents, intelligent automation, and Specification-Based Development (SDD).
• • Partner closely with engineering teams on cloud-native architecture, AWS best practices, reliability, security, and FinOps-aware engineering practices.
• • Mentor engineers across teams to promote high standards in code quality, scalability, observability, and developer experience.
• • Stay current with emerging AI trends and proactively evaluate new technologies to improve engineering efficiency and product innovation.
• • Shape the technical direction of the product by influencing long-term architectural decisions and prioritizing technical debt reduction.
• • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical solutions align with business goals and customer needs.
• • Champion best practices in software engineering, including documentation, testing, CI/CD, and monitoring systems.

• • Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging experimentation with AI-driven development methodologies and automation.
• • Act as a technical authority and go-to expert for complex system design challenges across multiple engineering teams.
• • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions that support millions of users worldwide.
• • Promote knowledge sharing through documentation, tech talks, and peer reviews to elevate the entire engineering organization.
