Socure is seeking a Principal Solution Consultant – Post-Sales (Platform) to join our mission of building the identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy. - • In this role, you will be the primary technical advisor and implementation leader for our post-sales clients, guiding them through the entire lifecycle of platform adoption. Your expertise will be crucial in translating intricate client business needs into effective platform configurations and ensuring seamless integration into their existing technology stacks. You will own the end-to-end implementation process, from initial setup and customization to ongoing optimization and hyper-care support, ensuring our clients not only adopt the platform but also leverage its full potential to combat fraud and enhance their digital operations.
- • Your responsibilities will span a broad spectrum of technical and client-facing activities. You will lead the charge in platform implementation, meticulously planning and executing deployments to meet aggressive timelines and deliver tangible business outcomes. This involves deep collaboration with clients to architect robust solutions, configure complex platform components, and tailor the system to precisely match their unique operational requirements. A key aspect of your role will be to develop and continuously refine best practices for scalable and high-impact implementations, setting the standard for excellence within the team and for our clients.
- • During the critical hyper-care phase post-launch, you will provide hands-on, intensive technical consultation, working diligently to ensure clients achieve system stability and optimal performance from day one. You will act as a central point of contact, partnering closely with our Customer Success, Engineering, and Support teams to proactively identify and address any emerging issues, driving swift and effective resolutions. Your proactive approach will extend to continuously refining risk mitigation strategies, thereby enhancing overall system performance, security, and reliability for our clients.
- • Leveraging your deep technical acumen, you will work with clients to customize platform functionalities, ensuring they align perfectly with their evolving operational and business needs. You will serve as an essential technical bridge, effectively translating client requirements into actionable feedback for our internal Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams, thereby influencing the future direction of our platform. Diagnosing and troubleshooting complex technical and product issues will be a regular part of your day, and your ability to do so efficiently will be key to minimizing any disruption to client operations.
- • Empowering our clients is paramount. You will lead comprehensive training sessions and hands-on workshops, equipping client teams with the knowledge and skills necessary for successful platform adoption and ongoing utilization. The development and maintenance of detailed documentation, covering implementation processes, platform configurations, and best practices, will be crucial for knowledge transfer and long-term client self-sufficiency.
- • This role demands exceptional cross-functional collaboration. You will forge strong partnerships with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams, providing invaluable client feedback that directly informs roadmap priorities and product enhancements. You will align closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure that clients realize ongoing value from the Socure platform long after the initial implementation phase. Furthermore, you will support our Sales and Pre-Sales teams by providing critical technical expertise for identifying and capitalizing on expansion opportunities within our existing enterprise accounts.
- • Finally, you will play a strategic role in the continuous improvement of our offerings. By collecting and analyzing client feedback, you will drive enhancements to our implementation strategies and overall platform usability. Conducting regular fraud and risk reviews for key accounts will be essential for identifying opportunities for optimization and ensuring clients are leveraging Socure's capabilities to their fullest extent. Ultimately, your efforts will be focused on driving improvements in time-to-value, ensuring faster go-live cycles and demonstrating measurable business impact for every client you support.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or a related technical field (MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus).
- • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in technical implementation, platform solutions, or post-sales consulting, with a significant portion focused on enterprise-level clients.
- • Proven experience working in a post-sales capacity within the fraud detection, risk mitigation, or identity verification ecosystem, understanding the nuances of these critical domains.
- • Strong, demonstrable expertise in SaaS platforms, complex API integrations (REST, SOAP), enterprise IT environments, and advanced technical troubleshooting methodologies.
- • A track record of successfully leading and delivering complex, enterprise-level technology implementations that have resulted in measurable client outcomes and high satisfaction.
- • Exceptional communication, presentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on, detailed execution in a fast-paced, client-facing, and often ambiguous environment.
