- • Principal Specialist, Global Trade role at Raytheon (via Global HR Solutions, Inc.) responsible for owning and supporting export/import licensing and compliance activities for defense and dual-use programs within the Advanced Technology SBU.
- • Day-to-day duties include preparing and submitting export/import license applications, interpreting ITAR and EAR regulations, facilitating approvals for controlled goods transfers, providing status updates to leadership, conducting compliance assessments, developing training materials, and mentoring entry-level personnel.
- • Raytheon is a defense and aerospace leader with over 100 years of experience, dedicated to national security and innovation, operating in a high-energy, fast-paced environment focused on solving complex global trade challenges.
- • The role offers deep expertise in U.S. trade laws, risk mitigation strategy development, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership opportunities in global trade compliance within a major defense contractor.
🎯 Requirements
- • U.S. citizenship required for DoD Secret security clearance eligibility
- • University degree or equivalent experience with minimum 5 years relevant experience, or advanced degree with 3 years experience
- • Proven experience researching and applying ITAR and EAR regulations
- • Hands-on experience managing export authorizations using DECCS, SNAP-R, SAP-GT, OCR EASE or similar global trade systems
