- • As a Principal Technologist focused on Anthropic's Claude AI platform, you will serve as a critical bridge between cutting-edge AI capabilities and real-world enterprise implementation, driving AI strategy adoption across Unisys' global operations and client engagements.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include deep expertise in Claude.ai tiers (Pro/Team/Enterprise), Claude API, and Claude Code; designing enterprise-grade system prompts using chain-of-thought and role prompting techniques; integrating Claude via API into business workflows including MCP server setups and multi-modal document handling; advising on responsible AI use aligned with Anthropic's constitutional AI principles; identifying high-impact use cases across HR, legal, finance, IT, and operations; collaborating with partner teams on capability roadmaps; and creating executive-level documentation on emerging platform impacts.
- • You will be part of the Global AI Practice, Unisys' center of excellence for artificial intelligence, which sets standards for how AI is built, governed, and trusted across the enterprise and with global clients — leading AI transformation rather than just discussing it.
- • In this role, you will develop and deliver training materials, demos, and lunch-and-learns; engage with AI Governance Council and CISO offices to implement guardrails; conduct workflow analysis for AI augmentation opportunities; liaise with Anthropic account teams to stay current on product releases; and participate in strategic go-to-market activities including public speaking, blog posts, podcasts, and social media to highlight Unisys' AI capabilities.
🎯 Requirements
- • BA/BS degree and 8-12 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience; Master’s degree or Ph.D. preferred
- • 3–5 years in enterprise IT, consulting, or a productivity/knowledge work role
- • Prior experience with LLMs, AI platform tools, software development, or prompt engineering in an enterprise setting
- • Exceptional written communication skills
- • Deep knowledge of Claude.ai tiers (Pro/Team/Enterprise), Claude API, and Claude Code — including when to use Opus, Sonnet, or Haiku
- • Proficiency in prompt engineering (chain-of-thought, role prompting, XML structuring, few-shot examples) and enterprise system prompt design
