📋 Description

• • As a Principal UI/UX Designer at Humanintelligence Inc., you will be at the forefront of creating innovative, AI-first wellbeing products that are personalized and adaptable across a multitude of industries. Your primary mission is to conceptualize and deliver user experiences that are not only visually stunning and engaging but also highly accessible and scalable, catering to diverse brands, markets, and device types.
• • You will take ownership of the entire design lifecycle, from strategic vision and system architecture to detailed user flows, intuitive UI elements, and captivating motion design. This role involves leading the design for over 15 distinct modules, spanning various industry verticals, ensuring a cohesive and high-quality user experience across all touchpoints.
• • A key responsibility will be the creation and maintenance of a sophisticated, tokenized Figma design system. This system, leveraging Figma Variables and Modes, will be meticulously mapped 1:1 to FlutterFlow themes and component libraries. This ensures rapid cloning and consistent application of design principles across different product iterations and client requirements, significantly accelerating development cycles.
• • You will be instrumental in shipping dynamic micro-interactions and animated feedback using tools like Rive or Lottie, ensuring these elements are optimized for native performance within the Flutter framework. These animations will enhance user engagement and provide intuitive visual cues, making the product feel alive and responsive.
• • A significant aspect of your role will involve designing ethical gamification loops. This includes implementing features like progress tracking, streak maintenance, and reward systems that genuinely drive user adherence and motivation. A core principle is the avoidance of dark patterns, focusing instead on transparent and beneficial engagement mechanics that support user wellbeing.
• • The role demands a proactive approach to prototyping, user testing, and validation. You will be responsible for ensuring that all designs meet stringent accessibility standards, specifically WCAG 2.2 compliance, and that the handoff to the engineering team is seamless and precise, minimizing ambiguity and facilitating efficient implementation.
• • You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing your workflow with daily updates via WhatsApp and engaging in weekly demo and call sessions to showcase progress and gather feedback. The design process will be conducted within Figma, fostering a collaborative yet independent working environment.
• • This position requires a deep understanding of cross-platform design principles and a proven ability to translate complex requirements into elegant, user-centered solutions. You will be expected to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging AI tools to enhance design speed, documentation, and overall efficiency.
