📋 Description

• • As a Principal UI/UX Designer at Humanintelligence Inc., you will be at the forefront of innovation, shaping the user experience for cutting-edge AI-first wellbeing products. Your primary mission is to craft visually stunning, highly accessible, and scalable experiences that resonate across diverse brands, markets, and devices.
• • You will spearhead the entire design process, from strategic conceptualization to the final UI and motion design, for over 15 distinct modules within our product suite. This includes developing sophisticated digital twins, clinical AI applications, and AI solutions tailored for educational institutions.
• • A key responsibility will be the creation and maintenance of a robust, tokenized Figma design system. This system, leveraging Figma Variables and Modes, will be meticulously mapped 1:1 with FlutterFlow themes and design libraries, enabling rapid cloning and consistent application across all product lines.
• • You will bring user interfaces to life by designing and implementing micro-interactions and animated feedback using tools like Rive and Lottie, ensuring these elements run natively within the Flutter framework for a seamless user experience.
• • A strong emphasis will be placed on designing ethical gamification loops. This involves creating engaging progress tracking, streak rewards, and incentive systems that genuinely drive user adherence and positive behavior change, strictly avoiding any manipulative or "dark pattern" design tactics.
• • Your role will encompass the full cycle of design validation, including prototyping, user testing, and rigorous validation to ensure the highest standards of usability and effectiveness.
• • You will be responsible for ensuring all designs meet WCAG 2.2 compliance standards, guaranteeing accessibility for all users, and facilitating smooth, efficient handoffs to the engineering team.
• • This position offers a high degree of autonomy, with daily updates managed via WhatsApp and a weekly demo and call to showcase progress and gather feedback. All design work will be conducted within Figma, fostering a collaborative and transparent workflow.
• • You will be instrumental in leveraging AI tools to enhance design speed, automate documentation, and improve overall efficiency throughout the design lifecycle.
