This involves a dedicated focus on building and mentoring strong Group Leads, who in turn will be empowered to develop and guide high-performing Project Leads. This cascade of leadership development is essential for building resilient and effective teams capable of handling increasing complexity and volume.
- • You will establish crystal-clear expectations for all team members, particularly for the leaders you manage. Holding these leaders accountable for their performance, the adherence to documented processes, and the achievement of team goals will be a non-negotiable aspect of your role.
