• As a Principal, Vice President - Team Lead at Teecom Corporation, you will embody a pivotal leadership role, driving the strategic direction and operational excellence of multiple teams within our dynamic healthcare sector. • Your core mission will be to lead through sophisticated systems, ensuring that every Group Lead operates with consistent efficacy, unwavering alignment to TEECOM’s established standards, and a clear understanding of our overarching priorities. This systematic approach is fundamental to achieving scalable success and maintaining the high quality of service that defines Teecom.
• You will assume comprehensive responsibility for the financial health and delivery performance of your designated teams. This includes meticulous oversight of project execution, client satisfaction, and fostering long-term growth opportunities. Your ability to manage budgets, optimize resource allocation, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope will be critical to your success.
• Cultivating and nurturing strong client relationships is paramount. You will act as a key point of contact for significant clients, understanding their unique challenges and strategic objectives within the healthcare landscape. Your leadership will ensure that your teams consistently exceed client expectations, building trust and fostering enduring partnerships.
• Strategic collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will partner closely with your Principal, Executive Vice President (EVP), and engage in cross-functional teamwork with Client Relations, Marketing, Finance, People Operations, and Project Delivery Team Leads. This collaborative spirit ensures that your team’s strategic plans and operational execution are tightly aligned with Teecom’s company-wide Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), contributing directly to our collective success.
• The primary emphasis of your leadership will be on scaling leadership capacity. This involves a dedicated focus on building and mentoring strong Group Leads, who in turn will be empowered to develop and guide high-performing Project Leads. This cascade of leadership development is essential for building resilient and effective teams capable of handling increasing complexity and volume.
• You will establish crystal-clear expectations for all team members, particularly for the leaders you manage. Holding these leaders accountable for their performance, the adherence to documented processes, and the achievement of team goals will be a non-negotiable aspect of your role. This accountability framework ensures operational consistency and drives continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role, with a demonstrated track record of developing and scaling teams, preferably within the healthcare industry or a related complex, regulated sector.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, P&L, and driving delivery performance for multiple teams or business units.
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a talent for mentoring and developing leaders at various levels.
• Deep understanding of client relationship management and a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
