📋 Description

• As the Privacy Compliance Program Manager at GoodRx, you will play a critical role in safeguarding consumer data privacy across a leading prescription savings platform trusted by over 25 million users and 750,000 healthcare professionals annually.
• You will drive end-to-end delivery of compliance projects, manage privacy program maturation, conduct audits (including pixel, SDK, and cookie reviews), and develop internal policies, training materials, and consumer-facing resources on data rights.
• You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, Marketing, and Data teams to embed privacy by design into products and processes, ensuring alignment with evolving regulatory standards.
• You will monitor global privacy trends, report KPIs, manage consumer privacy requests (e.g., deletion), and influence executive stakeholders with clear, actionable guidance on complex privacy topics.
• This role offers the opportunity to shape industry-leading privacy practices at a mission-driven company that has helped Americans save nearly $75 billion on prescriptions since 2011, while working remotely within the USA.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5+ years of experience or a Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience, or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in privacy compliance program management or related technical disciplines
• Technical experience with data flows, adtech, pixels, and SDKs
• Experience developing internal privacy policies, procedures, training programs, and communications
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and communicate complex privacy topics to non-technical audiences
