- • As a Pro Strategist at Feathr Inc., you will be instrumental in empowering our nonprofit clients to achieve their marketing objectives and maximize their impact. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between Feathr's innovative marketing platform and the unique needs of our diverse nonprofit customer base.
- • You will serve as a trusted advisor and subject-matter expert, guiding clients through the strategic utilization of the Feathr platform to enhance their digital marketing efforts and foster deeper community engagement.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer success by providing expert technical guidance, strategic insights, and dedicated coaching, thereby cultivating an outstanding customer experience that drives exceptional outcomes and long-term satisfaction.
- • A key aspect of this role involves inspiring and enabling customers to develop the skills necessary to independently create and manage effective marketing campaign plans aligned with their specific goals.
- • You will manage a dedicated portfolio of customer accounts, acting as their primary point of contact and advocate within Feathr.
- • This involves proactively identifying opportunities to deepen customer engagement with the platform and drive greater value, ultimately contributing to customer retention and growth.
- • You will be responsible for delivering impactful virtual strategy sessions and training, as well as maintaining consistent and clear email communication with your client portfolio.
- • Meticulous tracking of account progress, status updates, and key performance indicators within CRM systems like Salesforce and Planhat is essential for effective account management and reporting.
- • Close collaboration with internal Feathr teams, including sales and product development, will be crucial to ensure seamless customer experiences and to relay valuable customer feedback.
- • You will proactively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure customer renewal and identify potential risks or opportunities for account expansion.
- • A significant part of your role will be to create and lead comprehensive customer Business Reviews. These reviews will serve to clearly articulate the value Feathr delivers, highlight successes, and proactively uncover potential risks or avenues for growth within the client's account.
- • Becoming a deep expert in the Feathr product suite and understanding its strategic applications for nonprofits is a foundational requirement for success in this role.
- • You will translate complex technical features into actionable marketing strategies that resonate with non-technical users, ensuring they can leverage the platform to its fullest potential.
- • The role demands a proactive approach to anticipating customer needs and potential challenges, employing foresight and planning to ensure client goals are met and expectations are exceeded.
- • You will be expected to overcommunicate and share information clearly and concisely with both customers and internal leadership, particularly regarding the impact of any new variables or strategic shifts.
- • Building and nurturing strong, positive relationships with customers is paramount, as these connections are vital for fostering loyalty and ensuring long-term service retention.
