This pivotal role is instrumental in building robust and scalable operating models that move beyond reliance on tribal knowledge, establishing clear ownership, and driving measurable outcomes. As the Process Excellence Lead, you will be entrusted with the critical responsibility of designing, implementing, and championing a comprehensive process excellence framework specifically tailored for our offshore functions. You will collaborate closely with functional leaders and executive stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and adoption of these new operational standards, ultimately enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and overall business performance.
• • In this hands-on role, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a wide range of strategic and tactical activities. You will be tasked with designing and implementing a standardized operating framework that covers the entire lifecycle of offshore functions, from initial intake and execution through quality assurance, escalation procedures, and comprehensive reporting. This involves meticulously defining clear ownership models, such as RACI charts or equivalent, for all Tier-1 and Tier-2 business processes, ensuring accountability and clarity at every stage. A key part of your role will be to meticulously document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), detailed inputs and outputs for each process, and the specific success metrics that will be used to gauge performance. You will proactively identify and systematically remediate workflows that are currently dependent on individual knowledge or "tribal knowledge," transforming them into resilient and scalable processes. Furthermore, you will establish robust SLA tracking mechanisms to monitor throughput, quality, and cycle time, and critically, you will drive corrective process redesign initiatives wherever significant variances are identified. Your efforts will culminate in the creation of leadership-level dashboards designed to provide enterprise-wide visibility into operational health, capacity utilization, and potential risks, enabling informed decision-making at the highest levels.
