• • As a Product Analyst (Solana) at P2P.ORG LIMITED, you will play a critical role in analyzing validator performance and staking economics to drive maximum APR while enhancing security across blockchain networks, directly contributing to the company’s position as the largest institutional staking provider with over $10B in TVL and 20%+ market share in restaking.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing validator performance and staking economics across networks, conducting protocol-level research on incentives and validator mechanics, identifying optimization opportunities for validator economics, monitoring the blockchain ecosystem for emerging risks and opportunities, producing strategic insights to support product and business decisions, designing and deploying end-to-end data solutions from analysis to production, maintaining and optimizing data pipelines for validator analytics and reporting, defining data requirements for the Data Engineering team, governing domain data marts with clear data lineage, building dashboards and analytical tools, and providing ad-hoc data support to stakeholders.

You will gain hands-on experience with modern data stacks including BigQuery, Airflow, DBT, and Python-based analytics, and develop the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights that influence high-stakes product and validation strategies.
