- • As a Product Data Analyst at Deel, you will play a critical role in transforming raw data into strategic insights that directly influence product decisions, feature performance, and user experience across a global HR and payroll platform serving millions of workers in 150+ countries. Your work will help Deel maintain its position as the fastest-growing SaaS company in history by ensuring product innovation is grounded in data-driven evidence.
- • You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Operations, and Engineering teams to define success metrics, monitor feature releases, and uncover actionable insights from complex datasets that inform product roadmap and optimization strategies.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing market data and customer behavior trends, designing and evaluating A/B tests to improve user journeys, building and maintaining self-service analytics infrastructure, and creating intuitive dashboards and data visualizations using modern BI tools like Looker to drive decisions across product areas.
- • You will develop deep domain expertise in your assigned product areas, leveraging SQL and tools such as Mixpanel, Heap, or Amplitude to analyze user interactions, while building reliable data models in dbt with support from Analytics Engineers to ensure clean, scalable KPIs and data structures.
- • You will explore large, complex datasets to identify patterns and opportunities, make informed recommendations on new technology adoption, and mentor fellow product analysts by sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the analytics team.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field
- • 5+ years of professional experience in product analytics, preferably within a SaaS or technology company
- • Hands-on experience with at least one modern BI tool, with preference for Looker
- • Proficiency in SQL and experience with product analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Heap, or Amplitude
- • Solid experience in data modeling using dbt (data build tool)
- • Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
- • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different levels of seniority
