Full Job Description

📋 Description

  • As a Product & Delivery Manager – Vehicle Data at Onhires Inc., you will own the end-to-end delivery of high-quality vehicle data products, acting as the critical link between customer needs, data workflows, and actionable insights. This role is not about coordination alone — you are responsible for ensuring that data is collected, validated, analyzed, and delivered reliably to support strategic decisions in the fast-moving automotive and tire markets. Your work directly influences product direction and customer satisfaction by transforming raw data into trusted, decision-ready outputs.
  • You will own the full lifecycle of data delivery, including overseeing data collection, preprocessing, validation, and final output to ensure accuracy and timeliness. You will translate customer requirements into a prioritized backlog with clear acceptance criteria, working closely with stakeholders to align expectations. Through regular client check-ins, proactive tracking, and feedback loops, you will ensure consistent delivery and rapid issue resolution. You will investigate data anomalies to distinguish between genuine market signals and inconsistencies, applying domain knowledge to maintain data integrity. You will monitor automotive market developments — such as OEM strategy shifts, pricing changes, and new model launches — and adapt product logic and delivery processes accordingly. Working hands-on with SQL and Excel, you will validate datasets, debug issues, and support analytical workflows to ensure data quality. You will deliver clear, insight-driven reports and visualizations to both internal teams and external customers, enabling smarter business decisions. Finally, you will balance competing priorities — customer demands, business goals, and technical feasibility — making pragmatic, ownership-driven decisions daily.
  • The company is a fast-growing, remote-first technology scale-up focused on building market intelligence and SaaS solutions for the automotive industry, with deep expertise in the tire sector. It combines proprietary data, advanced analytics, and software products to help clients navigate complex market dynamics. With an international, high-performing team and a strong product-led culture, the company is scaling rapidly and investing in its product organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape how data is delivered and valued in a niche but critical B2B market.
  • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in automotive data ecosystems, gaining hands-on experience with real-world market data, SQL-based validation, and stakeholder-driven product delivery. You will sharpen your ability to bridge technical and business domains, becoming a trusted advisor who translates data complexity into strategic value. You will grow your product management and delivery skills in a high-autonomy environment, preparing you for leadership roles in product, data operations, or analytics. The remote-first, international setting will also enhance your cross-cultural collaboration and adaptability — key skills for thriving in modern tech organizations.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in data-heavy environments such as product operations, data/BI, analytics, consulting, or delivery roles
  • Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to work with complex, multi-source datasets
  • Solid SQL skills for data validation, investigation, and analysis
  • Advanced Excel proficiency for data manipulation, modeling, and reporting
  • Experience in customer-facing roles with demonstrated ability to understand and translate client needs
  • High ownership mindset and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) for effective communication in an international team

🏖️ Benefits

  • Real ownership — your work directly shapes product direction and customer outcomes
  • Remote-first work model with high flexibility and location independence across Europe
  • Competitive compensation package paired with growth and development support
  • Opportunity to work in a small, high-performing international team with strong product culture
  • Optional access to an office near Berlin (Wildau Tech Camp) for those who prefer hybrid work
