• Are you a visionary Product Designer with a knack for crafting exceptional SaaS experiences? Cision Ltd. is seeking a talented Product Design Contractor to join our dynamic team in Hungary and help us build the next generation of groundbreaking communication and marketing technology.
• In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping intuitive, user-centric digital products that not only meet but exceed customer expectations. You'll immerse yourself in a collaborative environment, working hand-in-hand with a cross-functional product trio – comprising Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow designers – to deliver consistently brilliant and delightful product experiences.
• Your primary focus will be on our Social Media Management solution, where your design expertise will directly influence the product's evolution. You will be a staunch advocate for the user, ensuring their needs and pain points are at the forefront of every design decision. This involves a deep dive into understanding user requirements through direct customer interaction, rigorous evaluation of customer research, and translating these insights into innovative design opportunities.
• You will be responsible for the end-to-end design process, from initial concept and user research to the final delivery of high-fidelity designs. This includes planning and executing both generative and evaluative user research, synthesizing findings, and iterating on designs based on feedback and data.
• A key aspect of your role will be to distill complex requirements into modern, accessible, and inviting user interfaces. You will leverage your strong visual design skills to create aesthetically pleasing and highly functional designs that align with Cision's brand and product strategy.
• Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will actively participate in design critiques, share your work effectively with diverse stakeholders, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the design team.
• You will be expected to work efficiently within established design systems and pattern libraries, ensuring consistency and scalability across our product suite. 🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of aggregated commercial experience working as a Product Designer on digital products (web apps/SaaS).
• A strong portfolio showcasing excellence in product design, demonstrating your process of translating user needs and business requirements into tangible design outcomes.
• Proven ability to design and deliver consistently brilliant and delightful product experiences within a cross-functional team environment.
• Experience in planning and conducting user research (both generative and evaluative) and translating research findings into actionable design opportunities.
• Proficiency in working with established design systems and pattern libraries, ensuring design consistency and scalability.
• Excellent asynchronous work skills and flexibility to collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
