• • As the Product Design Director for FinTech at Engine Group Holdings, Inc., you will lead the design vision for spend management, billing, insights, credit cards, and rewards, shaping how businesses manage financial operations with clarity, trust, and delight.
• • Day to day, you will mentor and inspire a team of 4-6 product designers, stay hands-on in crafting high-fidelity experiences, set standards for usability and polish, translate user and financial insights into intuitive flows, and leverage AI-powered tools like Figma Make and Cursor to accelerate design quality and speed.
