• • As a Product Design Lead at Airwallex, you will be at the forefront of shaping the user experience for a critical division of our global financial platform. This is a pivotal role where you will not only manage and mentor a talented team of product designers but also contribute your deep expertise to the end-to-end design process, ensuring we deliver intuitive, innovative, and impactful solutions for our users.
• • You will be instrumental in defining the strategic direction of design for your area, collaborating closely with Product Managers to translate business objectives and user needs into compelling design requirements. • • A key aspect of your role will involve leading the design lifecycle from conception through to launch. This includes conducting thorough user research to understand and advocate for user needs, exploring innovative design solutions through close partnership with cross-functional teams (including Product Management, Engineering, and the Design System team), and delivering exceptional user experiences across desktop, mobile web, and native applications.
