• As the Product Design Lead at DualEntry, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience of our groundbreaking platform. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of the end-to-end design process, from initial concept to final implementation, and to build a scalable design system from the ground up. You will be working in an environment that moves at an exceptional pace, with features iterating and shipping multiple times per week and month. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your contributions will be directly visible and critical to our success.
• Your primary responsibility will be to translate complex financial workflows into intuitive, elegant, and user-friendly interfaces across our web and mobile platforms. You will be the guardian of our design language, creating and evolving a robust, component-based design system within Figma. This system will ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency as we rapidly expand our product offerings.
• Collaboration is key to our success. You will work in lockstep with our product managers and engineering teams, fostering a rapid iteration cycle. Your ability to communicate design decisions clearly and effectively, and to adapt to feedback, will be crucial. You will also be responsible for conducting user research, gathering insights, and translating those findings into actionable design improvements that enhance usability and user satisfaction.
• This role demands a proactive and ownership-driven mindset. You will be expected to not only execute on design tasks but also to contribute to defining our overall design culture and continuously seeking ways to optimize our product development speed. • The ideal candidate will possess a hardcore work ethic and a high degree of agency, demonstrating the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward independently. You should have a proven track record of designing complex SaaS products from conception through to launch, with a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Expertise in Figma is essential, particularly in the creation and maintenance of scalable design systems. You will need strong UX thinking, exceptional interaction design skills, and a meticulous attention to visual detail. Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is important, as it will facilitate effective collaboration with engineering and a pragmatic approach to design decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience designing complex SaaS products end-to-end.
• Deep expertise with Figma and building/maintaining scalable design systems.
• Strong UX thinking, interaction design, and visual detail.
• Comfort working with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Hardcore work ethic and high agency.
• Experience designing for fintech, accounting, or enterprise SaaS tools (nice-to-have).
