- • As a Product Design Lead at Real Chemistry, you will drive the creation of human-centered digital experiences for healthcare clients, blending scientific expertise with creative innovation to make healthcare more human and impactful.
- • You will lead project vision and strategy, create experience deliverables such as wireframes, prototypes, user research, and customer journeys, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, account leads, and creative directors to align on goals and brand guidelines.
- • You will mentor and manage junior designers, foster a culture of innovation, advocate for ADA compliance and design standards, and stay current on digital design trends, especially within the healthcare industry.
- • You will present to clients and internal teams, contribute to design critiques, and support continuous learning and process improvement across the experience team.
- • This role is hybrid, based in any of Real Chemistry’s US offices (Boston, Carmel, Chicago, Lambertville, San Francisco, New York) or remotely, with in-office expectations for those near hubs under the Real HART model.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5-7 years of experience in creating and designing complex digital products or experiences
- • Deep knowledge of ADA guidelines and accessibility standards
- • Excellent design aesthetic with an eye for pixel-perfect detail and organized, style-guideline-compliant deliverables
- • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to lead presentations and articulate design rationale
- • Ability to work well in teams, manage multiple projects, and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- • Interest in healthcare and medicine, with motivation to apply design skills to improve human health outcomes
